I love to train and if it's not myself it would be someone else. I have always been involved in sports and fitness and started gym training at 17.

I know what it takes to push you through to the next level. There isn't a greater pleasure than knowing that your advice or assistance is helping someone achieve their goals and this what I intend to do.
