Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
3.Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

Safari:

1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
2. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy.
3. In the "Block cookies" section, specify that Safari should accept cookies from websites.

iPad/iPhone:

1. Go to the iPad settings by tapping the settings icon. This icon looks like gears turning.
2. Next, scroll down the left-side window until you locate Safari. When you tap Safari, the safari's settings will show up in the main window.
3. To enable cookies, simply locate the Privacy block and change the Accept Cookies option to "Always".
